While playing in a busy Vermont State Women's Golf Association Tournament we had fallen behind the group in front of us. Approaching the 17th hole, my fellow competitors were asking about the distance. I jumped out of the cart, grabbed my 100 yard club, said it was between 90 and a hundred so "let's just hit it." I teed up my yellow Titleist DT Tru Soft, put a decent swing on it, and WOW! It landed about 10 feet in front of the pin and rolled straight in while we all watched from the tee box!! It didn't help us catch up with the group in front due to our excessive celebrating! But it was an unforgettable experience.
