It was 24 Oct 2010 and we were playing our Sunday match at Royal Nepal Golf Club, Kathmandu, Nepal. Sunday match was a regular feature of British Gorkha Golf Society and I was the only diplomat of non British non Gorkha origin but a member of the society. I wasn't playing good and on first 4 holes i was 6 over. On the 5th hole which was a par 3 hole, i was the last one to hit my tee shot. I just hit the ball and it landed on green. To my good luck it landed in line with the pin and started rolling towards hole and at once it vanished in the hole and i screamed loudly with joy. Unbelievable, i had done a hole in one and my name is there on the club wall. I am the only Pakistani to do it in RNGC. Lovely memories.
