Hole in one from 195 yards on the fly.
By Jesse W On 1 December 2016
On Sunday, November 13th, 2016 I had the opportunity to enjoy the second hole in one in my life. It was on Hasentree #6 which is a 195 yard, par 3. I was hitting last in my foursome and the first three shots were horrendous. In fact, no one was within 25 yards of the green. I joked that it was the exact visual I wanted. The shot was playing about 200 with cold weather and a little bit of wind. As soon as I hit my cally XR 5 wood I knew it was going to be good. In fact, while it was in the air I said, "That is going to be really good." As it was approaching the green it went through a shadow and we lost sight of the ball. We heard it hit the stick but didn't see it bounce off. At that point, I knew it was in the hole or way off the green. As we drove up, there was no ball anywhere near the green. I walked up to the cup and the photo attached is what I saw. I went on to have four more birdies with the next hole being a birdie and three birdies in a row on the back nine. It was definitely the greatest day of golf I have enjoyed. The bar tab was only $267.
