A course I've always wanted to see, yet alone play. Beautiful day, fantastic course. Rented a set of Titleist Ap-1s (the same set I have at home). Was paired with a long time player who knew the course like his back yard; had never seen a hole in one.

Hole #14, par 3, 162 yards into the wind. AP-1, 6- iron (club up for the wind).

Ball landed softly 30 feet on the high side and started trickling down, we started thinking "tap-in birdie". From 165 yards away, it was a bit of a white fuzzy dot for us...until it disappeared...A hole in one; the first any of us had every seen.

That was a good day.
