Hole in One

I was playing at Sycamore Hills Golf Club with one of my best friends, Sarah Frazier, and I started off the round pretty rough, already at 4 over. As we approached Hole #4, I was a bit nervous because my irons had been my downfall from the beginning of this round. I used my rangefinder, getting the yardage of 111 yards. I pulled out my 8 iron, which at the time, wasn't hitting my 8 iron as far as I do now. After hitting the ProV1 ball, I skied it into the air and it was a very nice hit, hitting the green softly. At this point, I had looked down to grab my tee and my friend Sarah began to say, "Omg Taylor, I think it's going to go in." The ball slowly rolled right into the hole. I looked at Sarah and we both began screaming & jumping up and down. This moment that I had with my best friend was one for the books, for sure the best moment of my life. My hole in one made me feel like all my hard work and hours spent at the golf course every day had paid off. I love the game of golf and will be pursuing it forever. Taylor Martin, Age 17
