I was playing in a 4 man scramble in Thompson Ct at the raceway, my team approached the 4th tee, as we waited for the team ahead of us to finish our entire discussion prior teeing off was if any of us ever had or witnessed a hole in one. I even mentioned a friend of mine has had 3...the 1st guy in our group came well short of the 152 yard green, I went next using a 7 iron, we all knew I had a good shot and would be measuring for the closest to the pin contest, the 3rd and 4th guys both landed on the green but well right of the flag, as we approached the green in our carts the guy I was with said,I can't see your ball,immediately I thought maybe it wasnt as good as we thought and maybe rolled off..when we got to the green my partner went to the cup and started yelling for witnesses from the group ahead of us, he pulled out the flag and my ball popped out of the cup... I wasn't even out of the cart yet..I was in disbelief, the only downside is that I never saw it go in...The witnesses and group I was playing with were, Glenn Ethier, james Jalbert and charles Venie..
