I have been playing golf for over fifty years and yesterday I scored my first Ace at Serenoa Golf course in Sarasota Florida. It was on the second hole, par three, 138 yards with water on two sides. I hit my titleist Pro V1 ball with an easy 6 iron into a small breeze. Hit on the green and rolled 20 feet into the cup. Yes I went crazy as this is what every golfer strives for in the game. Icing on the cake came today March 20 when my Ace was acknowledged in our Sarasota Herald-Tribune newspaper( that's really cool).
