My brother, Paul, and I are avid golfers. We've lived apart for 50 years due to our careers but when we can, we get together to play some golf. Last year Paul came down to Florida with a mutual friend, Jim Copeland, and we three played at Mission Inn Golf Course. At the par 3 second hole, we were lightly making fun of Paul for pulling out his driver for a 163 yard shot. He hit a soft, low line drive that hit about 40 yards before the green, bounced on and rolled right into the hole. This was his first hole in one, the only one that I have ever witnessed, and we were able to share the moment together. The 50 year wait was worth it.
