My husband and I were competing in the Mr & Mrs Club Championship of Sierra View Country Club. On the 12th hole par 3, the other husband in our foursome, Kurt, hit a beautiful shot that ended less than a foot from the hole. My husband Cliff, hit another great shot about 3 feet from the hole. From the forward tees, about 140 yards, I hit a 7 wood that took a couple of bounces before it rolled into the hole. We made a lot of noise celebrating that shot. Our fourth, Josie, hit her shot a couple of yards right of the green. She chipped close and made the putt, both of the guys made their birdie putts. We had a combined score of 4 under for the hole!
