Hole #17 at Olivas Links Golf Course in Ventura, CA, is a short downhill 138 yard hole. The pin was tucked right behind the trap in front of the green when I hit my pitching wedge. There was a strong left-to-right wind blowing and my ball landed just a few feet short of the hole. Thanks to the Titleist Pro V1x the ball had great backspin and went right into the hole. We could not see it go in but I knew it should be close. When we got up to the green and the ball was not in sight I just knew it had to be in the hole and there it was!
