Given that I have witnessed 13 hole-in-ones from playing partners (and surrounding golfers) in my years of playing, I've typically been the person that is well received when joining up with groups (or with just being in the general vicinity for that matter).

Today, I felt very fortunate to be able to include myself on this list and can now include my name in the stories that will surely only get better (and more creative) with time.

For instance, I holed it from 130 yards with my 150 club (8-iron) to an elevated tee. So, though it may not sound as impressive now, in 5-10 years, I'm positive it will escalate to the point of being more impressive than #3 at Merion.
