We were on our 6th installment of what we like to call The Extravagant Idiot Weekend, and on the 2nd to last hole of the trip I holed it from 231 yards out for the first hole in one of our trip's history. I did not get to witness the ball go in, but I hit a cut 3-hybrid that landed just on the green and took the slope just right. When I got up to the green I was shocked to see that my ball was not located on the surface of the green. It was possible that it rolled off the back of the green, but when we did not locate there a buddy of mine requested I check the hole. I slowly walked past the cup to take a eager peek and I caught a glimpse of my ball, that lovely Titleist 8 stared back at me. I kept walking until I realized what I saw and dropped my putter to start the celebration. Needless to say my voice is still recovering from the antics that occurred on the green. This was my 2nd hole in one of my life and is by far the greatest shot I have ever hit. All that is left for me to do is save up some money because the 15 other guys on the trip are already planning their order at the bar on our Spring trip in 2018.
