Playing in my Wednesday Men's League at Trafalgar Golf & Country Club in Milton, Ontario.
Came to the 9th hole and chose a 5 Iron for the 196 Yard par 3. Landed center left of the green and tracked to the back right hole location. We were not sure until we got to the green and looked in the hole to see my Titleist 1 was in the hole. Our league has a cumulative hole in one purse that caps at $5000. Not to mention a bottle of nice scotch for the closest to the pin on this hole.
Even better than the $5000 and the scotch was winning the Hollywood match, Beating Tommy O in my personal game and taking the three hole carryover on the Dog Meats.
What a great evening. Did not mind at all buying my fellow members a nice cocktail....
