Myself and a few buddies go on an annual golf trip to the Phoenix area every year. This year was our 10th year in a row for this trip. We had played 72 holes the prior two days so we were somewhat tired. We decided to go play at the Raven Golf Club at Verado. The course was very busy and we had been waiting on a foursome for the first 5 holes and they decided to let us play through. I was the last to tee off in our threesome and I decided to hit my Titleist AP1 iron. The hole was 147 yards with a slight breeze in our face. I hit it and thought it was going to be short so I was telling it to "Go". The ball hit the flag as it went in the hole and my buddies said that it went in the hole. I was in shock!!! As were the four guys that let us play through. I have been playing golf for 30 years and this is my first hole in one!!
