First Hole in One

I was playing at Brookwood Golf Course in mid April with my cousin Corey. it was a chilly, overcast day. We were coming into the final three holes before making the turn. I made par on the par 5 seventh and approached the 8th tee. Slightly into the wind, the 208 yard par 3 seemed tricky with a steady crosswind kinda hitting us in the face. I took dead aim at the pin and fired a low rope with my 4 iron. It looked to be right at it and my cousin thought so too. Hitting into a back left flag, I was skeptical when the ball disappeared and my cousin claimed that the ball went in the hole. We rode up to the green and checked the hole. sure enough, my prov1 lay in the bottom of the cup against the flagstick. I pulled the ball out and pointed to the sky as my cousin called my dad to tell him the good news of my first hole in one.
