It was a great day to play some golf and unfortunately it has been a rough year schedule wise and this was the first day this year I was able to get out and play. My wife took the day off and we decoded to head to Windy Knoll in Springfield Ohio for a round, I wasn't playing very well I was hitting the ball decent but I just couldn't hit back to back good shots. We get to the 7th hole which was our 16th of the day as we started on the back 9 and I pulled out a 9 iron which I didn't think would be enough club as the hole was 160 to the center but I was hitting all my irons a bit right and I wanted to stay out of trouble so I was ok with leaving it short. But the ball started a touch right and had a nice draw back to the hole, from where I was standing I knew it had a good line but thought it would be short, we get to the green and didn't see a ball so I thought maybe it rolled of the right side as the draw could've carried it a tad further right but my wife checked the hole first and there it was! My first hole in one!
