I was enjoying a final round of golf for the season with my daughter before she heads off to her junior year at college. We came to the 16th hole, a 134 yard par 3. I hit a slight draw that hit a bit short and left of the pin. It took an odd hop forward and right, disappearing into the hole. We both just stood there asking if the ball really went into the hole, not really believing what we saw. The proof was in the bottom of the cup when we got to the green.
