This story is actually fairly humorous. I wasn’t feeling well that day so I thought I’d stay home. As the day progress I started feeling a little better. I decided to call up a friend to play 9 holes and a nearby course.
The hole was playing 186 yards. I decided on hitting a choke down 5 wood. I’m a lefty so I usually hit a slight cut. I stepped up to the tee and took an easy swing. The ball landed 6 feet to the right of the flag and rolled in. My friend said. “I think it went in” as it was a little cloudy I was skeptical so I was really calm. She hit and we proceeded to the green…Low and behold it was my first Ace.
As I called in sick, I could not really tell anyone about my ace at the office.... oh well, enough people knew
