I have been playing golf for more than 25 years and had given up on getting a hole-in-one!!! It was Hole 7 - 152 yard par 3 at our beautiful Saddle Creek Country Club Golf Course in Copperopolis Ca. I have an index of 17.1 so I have some good shots but generally inconsistent in striking the ball and this shot was on a windy day. However, I struck this ball perfectly and it was online all the way to the hole as we were able to follow it in the air, saw it bounce once and disappear. We still were not sure that it went in the hole as the pin was set all the way in the back of the green, so we thought it may have rolled off the green. So we got to the hole and there it was a Hole-In-0ne!!!!!!
