WOW....this was an awesome day for me. I have been playing golf for over 50 years and as we all do, make many comments when we get on the tee box on a par 3. For the past couple of years I have said that if I make a hole in one I will quit playing golf. Well it happened Sunday, that is the hole in one, not me quitting golf. We pulled up to hole #2 at Forest Lake. I pulled out my 9 iron and hit one of the best shots I felt ever. It was a nice high shot that was tracking all the way. As I watched the shot I turned my back to the green and clutched my fist and said to myself "that's a greenie and is close". Just about that time the other guys from my foursome yelled "it went in the hole". I guess you can figure out after that what happened. Totally went out of control with excitement and emotion. Thank you Titleist for this great ball. "Velocity Rules". One last freaky thing....The hole in one was on 7/22/2018, the time was 9:22 (time stamped on picture of me getting the ball out of the hole), and the ball was a Titleist Velocity #22.
