I was playing in our first match of the season with my partner in our golf league. I got my 1st hole-in-one ever on our 7th hole of the match, a 110 yard Par 3 at Olde Scotland Links in Bridgewater, MA. I hit a Titleist NXT Tour ball with a Wedge. I appreciated the fact that I was playing with good friends who witnessed it. I was stunned that I actually achieved what so few golfers ever do. Reality set in pretty quickly though, when I realized I had to buy everyone a drink back at the clubhouse! Oh well, but it was worth it. A memory I will have forever.
