I ordered a set of 716 AP2's. They came in late December. Before swinging them at all, I had them re-shafted with Modus Tour 125 (which I'm told Titleist will start offering as an option soon). We caught some decent weather (50's and breezy), so I took them out to play. Our assistant and another guy came along because the pro wanted to hit the Modus shaft. We got to our 17th hole, which was playing 190 that day. I took the five iron out and hit a good one I thought would be inside 10'. Instead, it landeed about 3' short and trickled in the cup for my first ace. Right then I realized, I hadn't hit that club on the range or up until that point in the round. So for that moment, that club had a perfect record. The ball was ProV1.
