Blind hole in one
By William S On 23 February 2017
On the 4th hole of the yellow course at Bethpage state Park I was just coming off a quadruple bogey and looking at a 165 yard par 3. I struck my 7 iron well and watched it sail to the back left corner of the green right at the flag. The green is protected by a ridge in front so you can't see where the ball ends up but I knew it was good. My playing partners and I spent 15 minutes looking for my ball before ever checking the hole. I went front pure anger to pure happiness when I found the ball in the bottom of the cup.
