Backed up

As we made our way to the 17th tee at Huntingdon Valley Country Club I was still a little upset about missing a 4 ft putt on 16 for a par. My caddie said that the yardage to the pin was 199 And the wind was with us. He started to hand me my 5 iron and I said, " You forgot to subtract half a club for pissed off" and grabbed my 6. I stood behind the ball and got my line accounting for a baby cut. Focusing on making a controlled swing I made great contact and one of my playing partners said, "That was pretty smooth for being pissed!". One of my other partners said, "That is right at it!". I looked up and the ball was tracking for the stick. It landed about 4 feet behind the stick and stared to spin back. I yelled, "GO!!!". The ball made a couple of more revolutions and dropped into the cup. We went nuts high fiving and whooping it up. My caddie asked, " Good yardage?" .....yeah buddy, great yardage....just great!
