Air Force Master Sergeant retired gets hole in one

On 25 August 2017 at ColdWater Golf Club located in Phoenix Arizona on hole number 8 I got my first hole-in-one! I was playing with the Players Club men's group, apart of the foursome was Mike Archuleta, Ken Foster and Mr. Sheffield. Mr. Sheffield was first up and he hit a shot that almost was a hole in one. See Mr. Sheffield is a 75 year old retired Air Force veteran, he explain to me that he had never had a hole-in-one. Shortly, after that conversation I got the distance by using my Leopold rangefinder. The distance of the hole was 90 yards to the pin. I took stock at that moment and thought about using my Mac Daddy 60 degree cally wedge. Going with my muscle memory I decided to use my 56-degree Titleist sand wedge. I typically use the 56-degree Titleist sand wedge from 100 yds and in. I got this concept from Lee Trevino. Great man, I say thank you for that tip. I hit the sand wedge exactly how I wanted to. The Titleist Pro v1x hit the green, 1 hop rolled directly in the cup! My first hole-in-one! I'm a retired United States Air Force Master Sergeant, served almost 21 years Deployed five times to five different locations earning the Bronze Star. I'm appreciative, and humble to have served my country.
