In a Rotary Tournament in June of last year, on our 2nd to last hole at Tashua Knolls GC in Trumbull CT, I hit a hole in one. It was a 156 yard Par 3. I hit a 9 iron with a PRO V 4 golf ball. The ball was above my feet just a bit making for a baby draw. The ball 2 hopped past the hole and spun back for a HOLE IN ONE. It was an unbelievable feeling. I had 3 buddies trying to form tackle me on the tee box. We drove up to the hole and there was a witness on the hole as well that was in shock. Nobody in the 4some had ever had one before so after the round and multiple libations, I did my civic duty and paid for a few more celebratory drinks for the 4some. Best part other than the hole in one was the fact that we won the tournament by 1 stroke.
