I started playing golf at 22 years old while stationed at Camp Lejeune in 1982. On a whim I went to the base course with a friend of mine and hacked around for 17 holes until number 18. There, I somehow managed to sweet spot a drive right down the fairway. Long and straight it was, and I have been hooked ever since. I can still recall that drive in my mind. Yesterday, at 57 years old, I was fortunate enough to get my first Hole in One on #4 at Sugar Isle Golf Course in New Carlisle, Ohio! I recently switched from ProV1s to the DT TruSoft. As my swing speed is slowing down with age, the TruSoft provides me the extra distance I am losing, and still provides excellent playability around the green. I expect I will always be able to recall that 9 iron shot yesterday just the same as I can that drive 36 years ago at Camp Lejeune. Thank You!
