On Sunday, July 16th, 10-year old Liz Harper had her first hole-in-one during PGA Jr. League tournament play. It was at Prestonwood Country Club in Cary, NC, on Fairways #5. She hit it 119 yards using a "light 3 wood" as she would say. She was wearing her lucky socks and using one of her favorite Titleist Velocity balls, which is now signed and dated for her big Ace. I'm not sure what was more exciting... watching my daughter get her first hole-in-one, or me getting it on video!
