Epic golf weekend in Monterey! Me, the only gal in our group of 8 playing Spyglass Hill on our last day, having played two other great courses the days before. After chipping in for birdie at hole #2, headed to Hole #3 tee box facing the green backed by a view of the waves along the 17-mile-drive... Watched the guys in my group tee off and all three miss the green before I take my fateful turn at my forward tees. With my Titleist gap wedge in my hands, I tee up for the 90yd, slightly downhill shot. Take a good swing at my bright orange Volvik Vivid ball and watch it fly straight for the middle of the green. It lands 12 feet from the hole and releases toward it with perfect pace. it's going to be close, but is it..? is it..?? OMG It's going in! Everyone goes berserk! That's how the best golf moment of my life played out! Thanks for reading!
