An NCAA National Basketball Championship for my alma mater, Villanova, and my first hole-n-one after playing golf for 45 years. It happened on Saturday, July 16 at Needwood Golf Course, MD on hole #17. The hole was playing 162 yards with a front pin and I used my Titleist CB 716 6-iron. Unfortunately, neither myself nor my playing partners saw the ball go in the hole but Andy thought to look in the hole after a search for my ProVI turned up nothing. That’s two items checked off of my bucket list. How could 2016 possibly get any better?
