Recently, I was fortunate enough to make a 1 on Hole #5 at Fox Ridge Golf Club in Auburn, Maine. This one was my third (all coming at Fox Ridge but on different par 3's), and was easily the most memorable. This hole is almost completely surrounded by water, and played about 185 yards from the tees I play. Tee boxes are located in the background of this picture (view is from the clubhouse). This hole is ranked as one of the toughest holes in the state of Maine, and is at or near the top of everyone's list of "holes I'd dream of making an Ace on".
