I first swung a club at 12 years old. Now at the age of 53, I wasn't even thinking this time. It looked good from the tee, my wife was fiddling with her bag while it bounced twice, rolled towards the back left of the green, towards the pin for about 10 feet, and disappeared! She missed it, I dropped my club, the man playing with me said he couldn't see that far, but there was a greens keeper behind me who just said, "it disappeared"! He followed us up to the hole and confirmed. I'm not sure if I should be proud or humbled by the fact that I've tried for a hole in one every time I've been on a par three for 41 years.
