40 YEAR WAIT.

I have been playing golf or at least once a week for the past 40 years. I usually play in Lake Isle golf course in Eastchester New York. For some reason my friend and I switched it up that morning and play at Van Cortlandt Golf Course in the Bronx NY. Tee off time was 8 a.m. and my golf game started off very slowly. Started feeling good after the 4th hole and when I got to the 11th hole, a 145 par 3, and use the 6-iron. Hit the ball straight as an arrow, landed just before the green bounce three times, and rolled straight into the cup, what a fantastic feeling. Anybody that ever got a hole-in-one knows what I'm talking about. A few holes before I picked up a feather from a blue jay, and Feathers always brings me luck. It was Instant Karma. A day I sure will never forget.
