4 Great Golf Experiences

My first hole in one was 13 years ago at the age of 16. My team had qualified for the Iowa State Golf Championship for class 3A. It was the first time our team had qualified since my fathers team won it in 1982. My coach had only watched me play 2 holes that tournament and I was fortunate to have my mom there to watch me play that day. I had just made bogey on a par 5 from 10 feet off the green. My coach walked down the 2nd hole about half way to watch thinking he was giving me bad mojo. The hole was surrounded by water front left and around to the back right with a bunker front right. I hit a 9 iron playing around 145. It hit on the green and spun into the hole. I've never seen my coach run so fast in my life. I twas one of the coolest things I've ever experienced. After the round a dad of a player I played with was telling everyone, I watched that kid hit a hole in one! Very awesome to have my coach and my mom there to witness it. My second hole in one was during a 3 person scramble with my dad and brother. We were on a short par 3 around 130 yards. The wind was howling from the right around 30-40 mph. I was getting ready and looked at my brother and said where to I even aim. He told me "hit it at the right edge of the green" I hit it at the right edge of the green and the wind took it. It hit once on the green and hit the stick and dropped. I'm pretty sure everyone in town heard us yelling. My third hole in one I was playing with my brother in what we called a practice round for a big am tournament in the area we live. We were playing with his boss and his boss' son in law. We got to the 9th hole and it felt good coming off the club it hit behind the pin and spun in like the first one. Now it was also men's day and there were around 400 people on the course it seemed like. My brother's boss' son in law said shouldn't be we scream loud. I looked at him and said I will buy you a drink as long as we don't yell. My most recent and 4th hole in one was a couple years ago. I was out with my wife just playing around at my local club. I never thought I would ever get one since I had played the course so many times. Our 9th hole is an uphill par 3 and you have to hit it to the right because if you go left it jail. My wife ranged it for me and said the yardage and I said I have the perfect yardage if I can hit it where I need to. I hit the shot and it was one of those when you know it's good you know it's good. I looked at her and said there is a chance. We got up there and she said you can't go up there I get to look first. She went up to the hole and there it was at the bottom of the hole. It was pretty sweet to be able to share a moment like that with her. She said she has never seen one.
