I was playing the 8th hole at Desert Canyon in Orondo, WA, a 171 downhill hole. I hit an 8 iron that landed about 10 feet short of the hole and rolled to the edge of the cup and stopped. My playing partner then hit his ball to the edge of the green but when we looked back to the hole, there were no balls on the green. My ball fell in as we were watching my buddies shot.
