After a morning round a friend an I decided to play another 18. After completing the first 14 of our second 18 we came to short, uphill par 3. We were talking about hole in ones. Specifically about how many we each have had, none for either of us to this point. My friend teed of and hit a good looking shot and I stated that's going to be close, as it was a blind green. I then took the tee box and hit a well place shot thinking it was going to be close as well. We got into our cart and drove up the cart path and in view of the green, seeing no balls in sight! Quickly exiting the cart we walked down to the hole and there they were in the cup! The local paper stayed that the odds of us doing this were 17 million to 1. Very excited to say I now have my first axe and a memorable one for sure. Thank you titlestt for being my ball of choice with the spin needed to bring that ball back in to the cup. Cheers!
