On July 12, 2016 while playing in an 18 hole league at the Kankakee Elk's Country Club in Kankakee, IL I was playing the 5th hole a 135 yard Par 3. The hole was playing approximately 144 yards and is up hill. I hit a 7 iron and unfortunately did not see the ball go in. One of my playing partners said "I think it went in" but having played golf for over 40 years (I'm 53 years old), I wasn't as optimistic! As we walked up the hill and on to the green, I did not see a ball close to the hole and with the pin back, I was actually looking long! When I didn't see it in the rough behind the green, as I was walking by the hole I peeked in and saw the ball. My playing partner was walking behind me and I asked him to look in the hole. We both started hollering and high fiving! I never thought I would ever get one. Just a side note, I just started playing Prov1x 2 months ago!
