It varies but I'll tell you, I'm going to The Masters Tuesday practice round this year and God only knows what I'll be bringing home from there.

Scorecard, yardage book & a FJ shirt. I usually grab a second scorecard so I have a fresh one to keep.

When i started playing someone told me to grab ball from every course i play, so i did and just stayed with it!
Now Ill usually grab a yardage book as well. If they have a really marker ill grab it. I got one from Trumps Ferry point this past season that i love.

Generally will grab a pencil, card, and cheap/free ball marker from every course I play.
If it's a sweet course I may purchase a hat and a better ball maker. I'm also a sucker for a good 1/4 zip sweater.
  13. I collect yardage books and ball markers
  14. Ball Markers but balls now as i keep losing the ball markers.

What do you collect when you play a new course? (i.e. balls, markers, hats, bag tags, polos, head covers, yardage books, etc.)

Would love to hear what you collect, why you collect them, and some of your favorites!!! (I'm always looking for new places to go to add to my collections or new items to collect!)

I collect bag tags and polos (sometimes hats). Some of my favorite recent tags displayed on my bag right now are The Broadmoor, We-Ko-Pa, Grayhawk, Poipu Bay, and May River. I'm adding Pacific Dunes later this year (ecstatic to play it) and hopeful to get to play Torrey Pines when I'm in San Diego later this year if I can get a tee time!

Story behind bag tags, when I was a kid my neighbor gave me a garage sale set of Titleist blades and old Titleist woods, the bag was an old Oklahoma State leather bag from the 80s (I wish I still had it) and it was full of bag tags from courses all over the country, and the local country club. I decided if I ever had the opportunity when I got older to play destination golf, I'd collect tags. Now I collect tags!

I apologize if a topic like this already exists and I overlooked it!

I collect logo balls and display them in a case

Special thanks to Team Titleist for the "Team" Bag Tag which met up with a couple of its "Old School" Acushnet/Titleist predecessors...
I actually have two other Bullseye Putters and a collection of old Titleist Golf Balls (including the Tour Professional Balata Balls...)
As far as things I collect besides equipment, Bag Tags, Yardage Books and Logo Balls are the only things I will lend to expenditures...
Thank You to the fine folks I Massachusetts for all the efforts throughout the years in your continued efforts to make the Great Game of Golf, Great...

I usually collect scorecards & ball markers (poker chip size) and sometimes a Polo if they have a nice logo.
Big rimmed hats too with logo or courses name on them.

Divot tools, yardage books and scorecards on most courses. If it's a great course, maybe a towel or a shirt.

BTW, I also collect putters, apparently. But that was unintentional. I just seem to have a corner where they multiply.
