Nothing but FootJoy!!! They are the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn. Currently have 11 pairs of various styles and they are all great.
  4. I have a few pairs but this year I was mostly in FJ Hyperflex and FJ Dryjoys. I love the look of classic shoes. But also wanted a light weight comfortable shoe hence the Hyperflex. It took awhile for both pairs to break in, but once they did I haven't had any issue with them. I even have an old pair of FJ (not sure of the name 3+ years old) and wore them this year in rain and my feet stayed dry. It's the joys of paying for a quality shoe.

My feet are very difficult to find a good shoe that fits perfectly off the self, so I knew I had to give them time (even when running a 1/2 marathon it took me a few weeks to break in running shoes).

Give them time, your feet will appreciate it.

Reason for this is I need a 4E wide shoe and these feel the best for my foot. Different shoes are made with different lasts and i will likely get the Pro SL in the very near future as they are made on the same last as the sneaker.

I would love to get the DryJoy Tour or Tour-S but these shoes simply do not fit my foot very well.

Would recommend spending a little while in store and checking all the shoes they offer. I am sure they will have a winnerfor you.

    Hope that helps

I had a pair of swoosh my first year of high school golf (1994), they were terrible. Every single pair since then has been FJ. I use the boa system now and love it.

As far as comfort is concerned, I like the FJ Freestyle from a couple of years ago. They're fairly lightweight, good cushioning, flexible...

I would consider some of the Under Armour, but haven't made that leap yet.

Footjoy for me. If it is nasty conditions I wear a trail sneaker. This way my FJ's last longer.
  8. FJ pro SL but I'm going to try the tour s.

I need something with more stability as the ground is getting softer.

I got some new shoes recently and ended up going for Skechers after trying lots of brands. They were amazingly comfy and waterproof, which is 2 of my main tick lists. We walk so far during a game, comfort and performance gets it for me everytime.

I just bought a pair of FJ DryJoys Tour, all white. Have always worn FJ and i prefer the classic look.

As well, I also just bought a pair of FJ Club Casuals Buckle Loafer (Waxy Mahogany) for off the course.

The DNA series one have worked wonderfully for me. Very cozy. Have gone through many pairs. Also purchased a few pair of the hyperflex. They're not as cozy as the DNAs. Especially for walking. Am going to try the PRO SL's as it seems many of the tour pros prefer them. Also interested in the Tour S. As far as brand, there is only one #1 shoe in golf!

Use to wear a lot of FJ. Currently using Adidas traxion 360 and Adipower Boost mostly spikeless. On my feet up to 7hrs teaching I need comfort and support. Plus I cant be changing shoes from the lesson area to the course and back.

Mostly I wear the Foojoy Hyperflex I clean them after every round. On some occasions I will wear Ecco and go between that and True which is super comfortable.

It sort of depends on where I am playing and under what conditions.

Above all I really like the look of the Hyperflex. I also have a pair of the Footjoy 2.0.

You can never have enough golf shoes......especially Footjoy.

Footjoy. Is there another golf shoe? My first pair of golf shoes were Dexter's. Brown with a kiltie on top. (How many of you remember kilties on golf shoes?). 45-50 years ago, only private clubs carried FJ's. Then a friend of mine opened a Las Vegas Golf and Tennis franchise store and Footjoy and Titleist became available to the masses and it's been FJ ever since. I have a wide foot with a high instep and FJ Classics were the only shoe where my foot would stay in. I wore Classics until Dry-Joy Tour come out and now I wear Pro SL's

Footjoy Contours I have found the most comfort for myself, the new ones are even more comfortable then previous models. I don't like the looks of some models, like the tennis shoe style or the nuby spikes. I prefer traditional soft spikes.

I've worn Footjoy shoes all the way back in high school with metal spikes, didn't think anyone else made golf shoes. Lol

6 pairs of FJs. All comfortable. Dry Joys Tour get the most. Been wearing FJs since the 60's. Thinking my next pair will be Professional spikeless model.

Nothing but FootJoy. I rotate between ICONs and Pro/SLs. Both a very comfortable and they wear particularly well.
