    just about to order a new set of clubs irons 716t-mb heads with ? shafts. i am a +4 . my iron swing speed is 95mph how ever i want to launch my irons very high which shaft do you recommend....... kbs tour x or px 5.5 or what please ???

    I have the 714 CB's with the XP95 shafts which really launch the ball. I believe the XP90 is what is available for the 716's. They work for me, as I too prefer a high ball flight. The nice thing is , is that they do not balloon. As most will tell you here, they only way to know for sure is to get properly fitted!

    I would consider Project X 6.0...I think you will be happiest for a higher launch yet great feel... IMHO

    The best way to know for certain however is to just get a fitting with a Titleist Authorized Fitter in your area.
